All items purchased from xoxokkboutique.com are eligible for an exchange ONLY if there was a manufacturing defect in your items when they were delivered to you. 

You are allowed two business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for a defective item. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving them. We will not accept any exchanges past the two business day mark. 

Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items returned to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to the sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which show signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains). 

Exchanges for defective merchandise (Instructions)

1) Please email us at xoxokkboutique@gmail.com or direct message us through our socials @xoxokkboutique with your Order # and the Style that has the Manufacture defect.

2) Within the email or message you must send us a picture of the issue regarding your order.

3) Please allow 24-48 hours for a response about your exchange, xoxokkboutique.com reserves the right to reject an exchange request if we deem the item is not a Manufacturer Defect.

4) Once your exchange request is approved, instructions will be sent on how to return the merchandise back to us for inspection.

5) After we have received and approved your item is defective we will ship out a replacement. The replacement item will be the same style and size as the defective item. No exemptions will be made.

All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that do not meet our return requirements will be subject to suspension from xoxokkboutique.com

Please note that customers must arrange the return with their own courier at their own cost. We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods. 

The returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a coupon code. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
